Whether you’re young or old, beginner or veteran, the Y offers a variety of equipment, classes and programs for getting and staying healthy. Anyone age 13 and older can participate.

Cardio Blast with Judi  5:30 AM - A challenging cardio mix of everything, some hi/lo, step, or kickboxing. May include components of weight resistance.

Les Mills Core with Carley - 6:00 PM-  Utilizes a mix of body weight exercises to work your core as well as hips, butt and lower back.
