We are able to track your activity so that you get credit through your insurance and we continue to receive funding. Visit our the Check in page to let us know you are continuing to focus on your health and wellness on a daily basis. We will send you a new tracking form every Sunday for the prior week. It’s as simple as entering your name and selecting the days you exercised.

CORE POWER YOGA
Core Power Yoga is currently offering free online classes through its Core Power Yoga On Demand platform. The classes are pre-recorded and range from 30 minutes to up to an hour long. The studio is also offering online guided breathing practices and meditations.
