Nationwide Y Membership – Quick Reference Guide
Your YMCA membership gives you access to Ys across the United States and Puerto Rico, helping you stay active wherever you go. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please keep these key guidelines in mind:
Who’s Eligible
- Available to active, full‑facility YMCA members
- Insurance Members and special memberships are not eligible
Your Home Y Matters
- Most monthly visits must take place at your home YMCA
- College students should join the Y they plan to use most often
What to Bring
- Valid YMCA membership card
- Photo ID
- Completion of the universal waiver and privacy policy at each new Y
Youth & Guests
- Members under 18 must be accompanied by an eligible Nationwide member parent or guardian
- Guests and visitors are not permitted under Nationwide access
Facility Access & Programs
- Child Watch and program access vary by location—check with the host Y
- Access may be limited due to capacity to best serve Community YMCA members
- Nationwide member visits at our branches are welcome Monday–Friday, 5:00am–5:00pm
Community YMCA‑Only Access
- Nationwide members are welcome for Tennis or Pickleball at Springfield when playing with a Community YMCA member
- Open/Recreational Swim (Lansdowne & Ridley)
- Open/Reservation Basketball (Ridley & Springfield)
- Pickleball reservations (Springfield)
- Tennis court reservations
