Being healthy means more than simply being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. Whether you’re young or old, beginner or veteran, the Y offers a variety of equipment, classes and programs for getting and staying healthy. Anyone age 13 and older can participate. Class sizes are limited.

In-Person Classes

Les Mills Body Pump with Tina- 9:00 AM- Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout.

Silver Sneakers with Elaine  - 10:15 AM - Designed for seniors to improve balance and flexibility, as well as overall fitness level. Little or no standing.

Beginner Cycle with Don- 5:00 PM -Introduction to non-impact indoor cycling class consisting of sprints, climbs and jumps. REGISTER HERE or call the Front Desk at 610.259.1661

Zumba with Nikki - 6:00 PM -  Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program.

Latin Hip Hop Fusion with Tynecia - 8:00 PM -  Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program.

Cardio Dance with Miriam - 9:00 AM Cardio dance classes fuse musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves together to create a dynamic workout that's designed for fun.

Zumba Gold with Nikki - 10:15 AM- Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program.

Strength Basics with Lisa - 10:15 AM -Strengthen you entire body using equipment including free weights, body bars, medicine balls, & resistance tubing.

Drum for LIFE with Arlene- 1:30 PM-  Combines dance and rhythm for fun high-energy workout.

Red Hot Dance with Rhonda - 6:00 PM - This 45 minute class will give you a full cardio workout moving to the music

H.I.I.T. with Danielle- 6:15 PM- High Intensity Interval Training.

Pound with Lisa - 5:15PM -  Pound includes exercises that involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the various muscles. Many of the positions used in Pound are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance.

Power Pilates with Ellen- 6:15 PM - Bring your own mat. Exercises on the mat with emphasis on core training, posture and body alignment.

Zumba Step with Andretta- 7:30 PM- Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program.

Cycle with Cindy - 8:15 AM - This 45 minute non-impact class will take you through hills, sprints, and jumps. REGISTER HERE  or call the Front Desk at 610.259.1661

Cardio Kickboxing with Lisa - 9:00 AM - Non-contact, aerobic kickboxing workout utilizing basic techniques for punching and kicking, as well as basic body conditioning exercises.

Senior Fitness Balance Class with Lisa- 10:15 AM - Class for senior citizens to work on improving balance.

Zumba with Andretta - 9:30 AM- Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program.  

Zumba with Barb - 9:30 AM- Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program.

Meditation with Janine - 10:00 AM - Work out your mind with weekly meditation class.

Yoga with Janine - 11:00 AM - Bring your own mat as you go through a variety of yoga poses.

Cardio Combo with Arlene - 12:15 PM - Combination of 2 popular cardio classes.
