Being healthy means more than simply being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. Whether you’re young or old, beginner or veteran, the Y offers a variety of equipment, classes and programs for getting and staying healthy. Anyone age 13 and older can participate. Class sizes are limited.

Barre Pilates Fusion is a workout done at the ballet barre formatted to be heart pumping. This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.
Core - Designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility
Kettlebells is a high-intensity-ballistic workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean” and “the press” that will work multiple muscle groups.
Les Mills Body Pump is an ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.
Les Mills GRIT Strength with Carley- 5:15PM - Strength- Uses barbell, weighted plate to perform all exercises. Cardio- Using body weight to perform all exercises. Plyo- Plyometric exercises to perform all exercises with and or without weight
Pound includes exercises that involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the various muscles. Many of the positions used in Pound are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition.
Senior TRX/Strength - is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.
Silver Sneakers Classic - Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.
Strength and Conditioning - Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition giving you a total body workout.
Tabata TRX with Brittany - utilizes your body weight and gravity to complete hundreds of exercises using just ONE piece of equipment. It uses the TRX and a specific interval training method called, Tabata. Tabata training uses time intervals of 20 seconds work to 10 seconds rest/recovery.
Toning - This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your day.

Barre is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
Chair Yoga is a gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor.
Gentle Yoga is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.
Hatha Flow uses yoga poses and breathing techniques to align and calm the body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation
Hatha Yoga and Breath Workout for Stress Relief - involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practiced more slowly and with more static posture holds
Les Mills Body Flow is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background
Meditation - Bring your own mat. Work on your breathing techniques in a quiet, calm setting.
Mobility and Stretch is a combination of multiple methods of stretching, foam rolling, muscle pain release, and movement quality improvement. It's not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. It's not yoga, but it might incorporate some yoga positions. It's not stability, but it includes having core strength.
Pilates focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance in the body along with strength and flexibility in the back and spine.
PiYo Express is a mix of pilates, which focuses on muscle and core building, and yoga, which focuses on strength and flexibility. This total-body workout is designed to strengthen small muscles(triceps, shoulders, biceps, calves) and large muscles( hamstrings, back, chest).
Power Yoga is an invigorating, fast-paced style of yoga that links breath and movement to heat the body, which promotes detoxification and flexibility. Power Yoga is designed to challenge you and will leave you feeling energized, uplifted and centered.
Silver Sneakers Yoga - Postures and breathing techniques to increase flexibility, stamina and relieve stress. The class will also utilize a chair to assist with different poses.
Slow Flow/Pranayama Breath - This slow, deliberate practice will build a stronger body while filling you with a sense of freedom as you flow your way into a blissful state.
Tai Chi Chih is a set of movements completely focused on the development of an intrinsic energy called Chi
Vinyasa emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath.
Yoga - Go through a variety of poses and breathing in this 45 minute class.
Aqua Aerobics exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow.
Aqua Barre - A medium-intensity, challenging workout that will get your heart rate up and tone and tighten all the right areas. Utilizing the side of the pool like a ballet barre, this class incorporates isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training while still being low impact on bones and joints.
Aqua Easy - This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.
Aqua Fit - This low-impact class is performed in water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts.
Aqua Fitness - A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, and range of motion
Aqua Instructors Choice with Alyce and Tina - The instructors will pick the theme of the class for the week and give you a total body workout.
Aqua Interval we use barbell paddles and water resistance to strengthen muscles in between cardio segments. Aqua Interval incorporates cardio and toning.
Aqua MS - aquatic exercise is effective for improving flexibility and range of motion, cardiovascular endurance, fatigue level, muscle strength, mobility function (including gait and balance), quality of life, and psychological well-being.
Aqua Parkinson's - Aqua Aerobics is an excellent way of increasing your stamina – especially if you experience painful joints or weak bones.
Aqua Party with Trina - is a 45 minute workout video featuring challenging water workouts with a hint of dance inspired movements
Aqua Splash Down - Use of flotation device to “jog” in the water. Low impact with little impact to knees and hips.
Aqua Zumba - It combines the South American Zumba rhythm and dance steps with a pool party. It offers a fun but challenging, water-based, body-toning workout
Fibromyalgia/Chronic Pain with Maria- Water workouts may be a good option for people with fibromyalgia because they can improve overall fitness while limiting stress and pain to the joints.
Integrative Ai-Chi is a water-based total body strengthening and relaxation progression that bridges East and West philosophies, and integrates mental, physical, and spiritual energy.
Silver Sneakers Splash offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability required and a special SilverSneakers kick board is used to develop strength, balance and coordination
Total Body Aquatic Fitness - Exercise with equipment and challenging exercises for both cardiovascular and strength. This class brings yoga, Pilates and T'ai Chi movements into the water for a great core class.
All Levels Xtreme with Danielle- 9:15 AM - A complete body workout that you can go at your own pace. This cardio workout will get you moving and ready for your day
Beginner Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by music and qualified instructors, you'll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time

Zumba Gold - is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of seniors.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Zumba Step is Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program.
Your personal work-out space will be marked to ensure physical distancing. Please don’t move outside of your personal work-out space.
Outdoor classes may be cancelled due to excessive heat, cold or inclement weather. We will do our best to notify you of any cancellations in advance.
Class participants must bring their own mats, towel, blocks, stretch straps, etc.
Y owned weight equipment, aerobic steps, body bars, ect will be provided and disinfected after each class.
The YMCA will provide individual spray bottles and paper towels for you to wipe down any equipment that you have used at the end of your class.
We understand that you may not agree with these new measures. However, as a YMCA we have no choice but to follow the orders mandated by the Secretary of Health or shut the Y down again. None of us want that!
