Being healthy means more than simply being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. Whether you’re young or old, beginner or veteran, the Y offers a variety of equipment, classes and programs for getting and staying healthy. Anyone age 13 and older can participate. Class sizes are limited.

In-Person Classes

Boot Camp with Cindy- 9:00 AM - All exercises utilizes your own body weight with small bouts of cardio to increase your heart rate and burn calories.

Aqua Splash Down with Bonnie- 9:50 AM - Adult aquatic fitness class.  REGISTER HERE  or call the Front Desk at 610.544.1080

Silver Sneaker Boom with KT - 10:15 AM - BOOM was developed by leading fitness experts to improve strength, flexibility and endurance.

Yin Yoga with Janine - 11:15 AM - Improve flexibility and overall health by combining these 2 great workouts.

Pilates with Lorraine - 6:30 PM - Strengthen your core muscles wit 45 minute Pilates Class.

Red Hot Dance with Lorraine-  7:30PM - Move and shake to today's hottest hits. This class is a great way to have fun while burning calories.

Les Mills Body Pump with Cindy - 5:15AM - Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout.

Les Mills Grit/Les Mills Core with Cindy- 9:00 AM -  Strength- Uses barbell, weighted plate to perform all exercises. Cardio- Using body weight to perform all exercises. Plyo- Plyometric exercises to perform all exercises with and or without weight

Zumba Gold with Amanda- 10:15 AM -  Slower paced, low impact, verbal and non-verbal cuing. Take a musical trip around the world and learn dance moves while burning calories.

Les Mills Core with Lorraine- 5:30PM -  Improve your Core strength with this 30 minute workout from Les Mills

Pound with Lorraine- 6:15PM -  Pound includes exercises that involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the various muscles. Many of the positions used in Pound are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition.

Les Mills Body Pump with Amanda - 7:30 PM -  Get a total body workout in this 45 minute class.
