Being healthy means more than simply being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body. Whether you’re young or old, beginner or veteran, the Y offers a variety of equipment, classes and programs for getting and staying healthy. Anyone age 13 and older can participate. Class sizes are limited.

Strength and Conditioning with Alissa - 5:15AM - Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition giving you a total body workout.
Les Mills Grit/Les Mills Core with Cindy- 9:00 AM - Strength- Uses barbell, weighted plate to perform all exercises. Cardio- Using body weight to perform all exercises. Plyo- Plyometric exercises to perform all exercises with and or without weight
Zumba Gold with Amanda- 10:15 AM - Slower paced, low impact, verbal and non-verbal cuing. Take a musical trip around the world and learn dance moves while burning calories.
Senior TRX/Strength with Amanda- 11:15 AM - Resistance strength training designed for seniors. REGISTER HERE or call the Front Desk at 610.544.1080
Yoga with Dawn - 5:00PM - Go through a variety of poses and breathing in this 45 minute class.
Les Mills Core with Lorraine- 5:30PM - Improve your Core strength with this 30 minute workout from Les Mills
Youth TRX (10-11 years old) with Amanda- 6:00 PM - Resistance strength training designed for youth in a 30 minute class. REGISTER HERE or call the Front Desk at 610.544.1080
Pound with Lorraine- 6:15PM - Pound includes exercises that involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the various muscles. Many of the positions used in Pound are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition.
Youth TRX (12-14 years old) with Amanda- 6:35 PM - Resistance strength training designed for youth in a 30 minute class. REGISTER HERE or call the Front Desk at 610.544.1080
Les Mills Body Pump with Amanda - 7:15 PM - Get a total body workout in this 45 minute class.
Your personal work-out space will be marked to ensure physical distancing. Please don’t move outside of your personal work-out space.
Outdoor classes may be cancelled due to excessive heat, cold or inclement weather. We will do our best to notify you of any cancellations in advance.
Class participants must bring their own mats, towel, blocks, stretch straps, etc.
Y owned weight equipment, aerobic steps, body bars, ect will be provided and disinfected after each class.
The YMCA will provide individual spray bottles and paper towels for you to wipe down any equipment that you have used at the end of your class.
We understand that you may not agree with these new measures. However, as a YMCA we have no choice but to follow the orders mandated by the Secretary of Health or shut the Y down again. None of us want that!
